Grilled Fish Recipes Easy
Does anyone have a good tilapia fish recipe?
Something easy and that doesn’t require too many ingredients. How long do you cook it for on a George Foreman grill or baked in the oven. Please Help.
Fish once a week at our house, tried a lot of recipes and the winner was (with my husband and 11 year old son) a very plain one:
Tilapia is a white fish and cooks fast, overcooked is dry. All I did is drenched it it seasoned flour (salt, pepper) and pan fried it in cooking oil, medium heat about 3 minutes each side. Always serve with lemon wedges. Simple but you do get the wonder full fish flavor and then you can get creative with the sides to your liking.
We like a cold kraut salad with fish:
Wine kraut ( drain juice)
small red onion diced
2 small carrots grated
1 granny smith apple diced
olive oil, salt, pepper to taste
chopped parsley; optional
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate, makes a real yummy salad to go with fish.
